In all honesty the most common questions we get asked through messages are already covered in quite some detail over on the FAQ page on this website so it's well worth popping over there to have a quick look before reaching out.
Sadly we don't have an office full of bright young staff, so whilst we endeavour to reply to all correspondence as soon as we can, please don't be offended if it takes a while to receive a reply. We genuinely value all correspondence but the majority of the time we're building, and grubby makers hands and computers are a dangerous mix.
